How to block a spam number voicemails?

I had blocked a spam number number on my iphone. But I still receive their voicemails multiple times a day. How do I completely block this number?
The number is 8773546582

    I do not think that this is possible.

    Filed a complaint report about this issue but Fizz's reply was unsatisfactory. They said they cant block a number for me. Only I can do it. I told them that I have already blocked the number but its Fizz service flaw that I am still getting voicemails. They denied and closed my ticket. I am thinking of moving to a different provider. I cant stand such poor customer service.

    I have an android phone so I don't know how to block numbers on iphone. If it can help - I block numbers in the phone application => Settings => Block numbers, then you add the number to be blocked to the list. When the number is blocked, I don't receive a voicemail from it.
