Why can I not add another payment option everyone else had and why hasn’t this glitch been fixed yet

I tried to add a new card and it won’t let me do I deleted both previous ones and now I still cannot add a new one it keeps saying I’ve reached the max and I’ve seen this all over the community boards why has this not been given a solution yet if it’s such a common issue

You must to chat with them tomorrow, they are close now.
You cannot delete a credit card associated before replace it with a new one.
I believe that is a security measure to not allow multiple try6 -
Recently I replaced a credit card in my profile, and it worked out smoothly. First you add the new card and then erase the old one. I wonder what is the maximum number of cards we can replace.
You have to contact support for this issue, no choice. They will reset the maximum cards in your account. The support is only reachable by chat because it's a low-cost provider. They save $$ this way.5
