Why nobody did not answer me?
Delivery sim card delay ? It is not satisfactional i did not receive my sim card and this is a second time i ask you to help me why i did not receive it although i received an email that was delivered .it is your resposibility to deliver my order as soos as possible

Hey bud! Same thing happened to me when I first signed up. I had no success on the website but I got a reply pretty fast with facebook messenger I highly recommend you trying there.
In my situation they resent a new sim card and refunded my first charge. I've also noticed the delivery is made by a different company that our regular CP, UPS. They have a sticky side like a post it and they leave it at the door. I would suggest maybe getting it shipped to work or a different location.6 -
maybe the deliver guy just drop off in your mail box, or drop in the wrong mailbox if u leave in a condo apartment. But best is to contact Fizz support by chat or facebook chat to find out. Here is just a community chat room. Nobody here can really help you with your situation.5
