External Storage?

Does the Hitron modem only support flash drives as external storage? I tried using a WD Passport (500GB) but it failed to recognize it. Tried ex-FAT and FAT 32. Is there a limit to the size of the drive you can connect? USB thumb drive works fine.

    I believe it's because the USB port doesn't provide enough power for an external HD.

    Try with a hardrive that has it own power source.

    Yes it does support external hard drives it could be it to old.
    I am using a Seagate 2.5hdd works fine
