BE careful with these scammers

The service sucks, and in 2 months they were not able to fix it. They told me that if I unsubscribed they will simply delete my account after 3 months. Bullshit. I unsuscribed all plans in December, it's almost July and they are still charging my credit card one dollar every month even if I have no active plan, and I cannot get anyone to answer me.

    Unpleasant experience, I must admit. I mean if they can not manually fix your problem, then you might to go to CRTC.

    You should be able to get support during their opening hours. They are available in online chat or Facebook messenger.
