Delivery sim card ?

I received an email that your sum card was delivered but i did not receive my sim card what should i do know ?

    You should FIRST contact the carrier that delivered the SIM card, then Fizz.

    normally will take average 2 business day after you placed your order. If already over 2 days then contact/chat with support to find out.
