What is your opinion so far on fizz internet?
In terms of speed, price, setup etc

For what I read here everybody is happy, more than mobile. On my opinion the big problem that you are oblige to take their free router. Personally I like my stuff

From what I've heard it's been good so far. One complaint about the installation person not showing up but that was probably a one time thing. Up to you if you want to switch, only problem I see is that you have to use thr router they provide to you.

I really like fizz internet, it’s reliable, stable (60mpbs) and I only pay $39 (taxes included)

Network wise it’s the same as Videotron, which for me has always been reliable. Price wise there are better options in the form of resellers but Fizz recently lowered their prices to bring them more in line. Setup for me had a hiccup... the modem password was never accepted when I tried to setup the modem/router unit wirelessly. I had to plug my laptop in directly via Ethernet and then open the web browser to access it. Working fine now. Modem/router is pretty big and not exactly pretty to look at.

Stable speeds and reliable service for 3 months so far. Beta prices were awesome. Current prices are competitive with market, even a bit better when you add the potential account rewards.

Setup is pretty simple. Just make sure to confirm your address and appointment date/time. They offer pretty flexible times for the installation appointment with Videotron tech. The combined modem/router is working fine for my needs. I also know that I have the option to use my own router if the need arises.

For us, it is good enough.

The network is stable and the speed is better than previous which cost more much.

However, I do not think you could have the introductory price (or beta price), then comparing to the current providers, Fizz is no longer competitive.

so far so good from day 1. I sign up with 120/20 plan. Speed is consistent. It happened to have a short downtime for maintenance I think, but so far it's quite stable. Current price is reasonable, you may find better price elsewhere.

So far so good. I've had Fizz internet since January. Stable and fast.

I signed up at the end of April. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. I really appreciated the reduction in price for my plan, too.
I'm getting incentives for mobile data, but I suspect that is to motivate me into getting a cell phone plan with them. I'm already with Videotron, so they are getting my money either way.
