reacivate sim?

I am reactivating my phone and have a Fizz sim in it with a number on it. it is not a 6 digit number like like the info says it should be. how do I reuse this sim?

The number is on the card that was containing the SIM and not it the sim.

Never mind, I pulled the sim out and reinstalled it and it hooked up to the network.
