I have the 12GB Canada+USA unlimited calls and SMS. Does my plan include to call from the US. Because it wasn't available in the travel destination options.

Yes you can call USA and CANADA when in USA or Canada

Data, voice and text will all work in the US just like in Canada since you have the plan.
I also have the same and when I go to the US, everything works.
