Your issue is quite particular. You should contact Fizz customer service via chat or Facebook.14

Currently, our partners in India are Vodafone India, TataDoCoMo, BSNL.

Hi, I do not answer directly, however, be careful in India the frequency is different on my
knowledge, since they have different models. Probably your phone will not be compatible.15 -
Make sure you enable Roaming, have the proper network mode and manually select the FIZZ EXT network that will work for you.
You may have to reboot your phone for the changes to work.
Feel free to contact Fizz support during business hours. They will have to troubleshoot with you.
Otherwise if you need service ASAP, you may have to look for a local solution.
