I have paid for international calls in India, but it is unable to automatically find the network partner. Who is your network partner in Mumbai, India?

    Be careful since in India the frequency are different, verify the compatibility of your device.

    Note that at this time for International Roaming, you can have access to TEXT and DATA, but NOT CALLING.

     

    Its stated by Fizz here

    You will not be able to make calls while roaming outside Canada and the US.
    Roaming calls (incoming or outcoming) will only be available towards the end of 2019.
    In the meantime, you will be able to use data, and send/receive texts when you travel outside Canada and the US. To make and receive calls, you can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger.

     

    BTW Is it possible you purchased the long distance calling add-on for calls to India? This Add-On is to be used while you are here (within your coverage area).
