How do I access my US Data that I purchased?

I purchased data for my trip in California and now I'm not able to access my emails or get on the internet without using Wifi. I see that I'm on AT&T network but again can't internet access. Can anyone help since Fizz chat isn't working either. Super Frustrating experience!

    Try to contact fizz by chat or Facebook messenger to check!

    Did you enable the roaming for the data?

    Check that your allowed roaming in your phone settings. Having roaming disabled will prevent you from accessing the web even though you have purchased an add-on for that.
