No Referral bonus after 2 months ?

Both the giver and receiver in the referral process are supposed to receive the bonus of $25.
It has been over two months and the bonus is still not showing...?

    Did you receive the confirmation that the code was enter correctly?
    Did you check under My Profile ->Referral Bonuses
