cancellation not working

i cancelled 2 weeks after i got my service and since then my cancellation is pending, and you charged me for a second month for no reason, why is that ???

This is a community forum where most posters are just Fizz customers. I would contact them directly via chat or Facebook if you wan to get this resolved ASAP.
