Not receiving text notifications for voicemail?

Hi, just noticed I'm not getting text notifications when a voicemail is left. Customer service told me to restart my phone :/ . Doesn't work.

    You should contact them again in order to investigate your problem

    Definitely contact Fizz again and have them look into this further. If other texts work properly, then the issue is on the Fizz end.
