I can make a call or send text, but cannot receive calls or text messages and my voicemail wont work also.

    Was it all working before or is this a new subscription?

    Yes, every thing was working before. i had lots of problems in the beginning in January but since then all was working fine but now it's back to square one since a week or so it comes ans goes...

    Get in touch with Fizz support via Facebook or live chat. Facebook has generally been more reliable and effective.
