How to find MAC address of the Fizz Wifi modem?

Hello folks!
Does anybody know where to find the MAC address of the Wifi modem? I looked into 192.168.0.1 but got lost in the system and don't want to misdo anything...
The reason why I am asking is the wifi signal is too week to cover my place. So I am trying to setup my old router to be a signal repeater (under AP mode). But in order to repeat Fizz's wifi signal, my old router asks the MAC address of Fizz's wireless network.

Open an Internet browser and enter in the address bar: 192.168.0.1
Identify yourself with the login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: Your Wi-Fi password
Status > System Infomration > HFC MAC address8 -

Its also printed on the back of the modem, labeled as "CM MAC"4
