Referral Bonus didn't work?

I've done my third payment on fizz mobile but I have not yet received my referral bonus of $25. The last questions that mention issues on this were posted months ago and I was wondering if it fixed recently except for mine or people are still having this issue.

@Allison, No when I get "Referral Bonuses" in "My Profile" it's empty.
