Technician didn't bring the modem. Now, I cannot even reschedule an appointment!

Even a day after no Fizz technician showed up to bring the internet modem, I can not modify/reschedule a new appointment. Would you please tell me how could I cancel my subscription?

    Logon your account. Go to manage your plan and click on Unsubscribe.

    That should bring up a chat screen.

    There is no "Cancel Subscription" option! there is no buttons or clickable region at all! It just shows that something had been scheduled for yesterday. no way to modify or cancel.
