Chat window, can't find it. where is it?

I've logged in and clicked the solution hub, there isn't a chat window on the bottom. I looked for it a couple of days now and haven't seen it. Have other people seen the chat window?

You have to open a help page ( try this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ) .
You should see a buble chat at the bottom right within 15 seconds

I managed to chat with them, but the chat window appeared in the login screen, so I wasn't logged in.

 

It's hit or miss, i don't know how many agents they have for chat, i've tried those links before, but not chat, i tried the link posted now and i saw the chat window.
