Data not working in state Newark

I have purchased data travel to use in state last weekend, I only had connection for 5mins and rest of the trip I wasn't able to go on any browser and nothing works. I had follow all steps on tech forum and countless restart /reboot still nothing. Very disappointed and it really screw up the trip without any internet connection. This is really bad. Fizz please advise how you plan to solve this?
Plus I will be traveling end summer to new York and super afraid same prob will occur as it is not first time I heard no internet connection in New York state.

Since your data did work for a bit, we can assume that your phone has the proper setup.

Did you check your account to ensure your Plan and Add-On status are good?

Also have you tried manually selecting one of the Fizz EXT network? Some may work better than others.

 

Personally I have found the combined Canada and USA coverage plan works well, if you are willing to modify your plan, there are no surprise charges. And you will have your plan available to you in USA.
