Why am I being billed more than one month ahead of the start of the service?

Someone asked a similar question and was told that billing starts at the moment the service starts. In my case, I've been charged on May 9th, the subscription date, for a service scheduled for June 20th. So which is it?

    On my knowledge the money are taken but the cycle will start on june 20

    Usually with prepaid service, you get charged when you sign-up and service commences at the same time.

    I am guessing you signed-up for Home Internet and choose June 20th to begin service.

     

    It is normal that you are charged right away for the first month. You should see your 2nd monthly bill will be charged on July 20th.
