It's always been delivered by a local courier as far as I know. The price of the SIM includes shipping.

Yes, you just order a sim card and it will be deliver to you by mail. Mine was inside my mail box.

Yes SIM card can be ordered online and includes mail delivery.

 

Just make sure your delivery address is a secure location as several people have already reported "lost" or "missing" SIM card in the past.

If you're living in an appartment buildings you'll probably find your simcard somewhere in the main lobby area.

Yes, Fizz ONLY sends it's sim cards by mail.
