The date and timing that shown on my mobile phone isn't correct. Such as today May 6,19 but the phone shows April 26. Also timing shows late 1 hr. Is it related to SIM or provider?

It's more likely that your phone isn't set to sync to network time.

On Android 9, open your phone options, select System and then Date & Time. Make sure that the "Automatic date & time" option is set.
If it already is, try to toggle it off then back on. Give it a minute or two to sync up.
Older Androids may be slightly different in where the option is located, but should be similar.
I have no experience with Apple, but I suspect IOS has a similar feature.
