How do I arrange cancellation of my internet service?

I'm moving in on May 24th, 2019. Can I arrange (in advance) to have my internet service terminated on that day? Also, how do I ship back the modem?

Have you tried going to My plans --> Manage --> Unsubscription?

 

Also did you know they changed their moving policy? You don't lose your beta prices if you move out.

I just read the FAQ posted by DavidC. Its very informative. For a move of service, it says one must create a new plan and terminate the old one, Also the old modem must be returned (as per instructions here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem) and a new one will be supplied. The process seems a bit complicated from the customer viewpoint. I would like to hear from others who have actual experience moving their internet service.
