“Billing cycle is invalid” ?

I’ve been trying to extend my plan this last two weeks, but it’s giving me this problem.
I need to solve it asap as I’m going to travel in less than two months and I will need a different extension coverage for mobile internet.

    Hi, alot of people have been receiving this error message, I'd recommend contacting Fizz either by using the chat function on their help page or by using Facebook Messenger (The preferred way imo)
