How can I find my NIP ?

My number was just transfered from Koodo to Fizz and I can't access my voicemail. Please can you show me how can I make/find my NIP ?

Are you sure the line was already transferred it could take some time till they migrate the line.
once it is done just press 1 n the dial pad for a few seconds it will ask you to setup the new mailbox with the nip

Please try the suggestion that Takion gave you, if that doesn't work, please contact Fizz either using the chat function on the help page, or using Facebook Messenger.

(Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to access your voicemail)

You can check your previous texts from Fizz to find your NIP

or you can logon your Fizz account to set a new NIP as Irene mention.

As soon as my plan was activated, I got a text from Fizz with voicemail PIN.
