Connecting to B5 and B2

Does someone else phone connecting to the B2?...when NOT roaming
Most of the time my phone is connected to Fizz B4 but i see with network signal guru that sometimes it's connecting to B2 when im in the basement and I'm not roaming!!!

    Fizz has been having alot of issues with their network service, i've been getting thrown from LTE to 3G to External all day, hopefully it will get fixed as time moves on. Fizz seems to be doing alot of progress lately, most of the bugs that I used to get have been fixed.

    I am talking about umts not lte and i am not on Ext when on B5 or B2
