sim incompatible?

I put my fizz sim in my iphone 6plus, i did the updates and it keeps saying sim incompatible, I tried with an android and it worked...

    iPhone 5s, or more recent, are compatible with the Fizz mobile network. So it should. After the update, did the you received the carrier update to Fizz 34.1 or higher? Does iOS update is done?

    What you are describing sounds like your iphone is locked to your previous carrier. You will need to get your previous carrier to unlock it.

    yes I called bell tounlock it and apple will send me an email with the instructions in 24 or 48 h
