Why is my phone not activated yet? How do I cancel?
I activated my sims yesterday and my numbers have not been activated. I can see my plans on the account 'activating pending' with $0...but I went through the payment. I also had trouble with picking a new number that has the area code of my location. They also do not let me delete my payment method saying it was associated with an active plan...but I can't even use the service.
I tried to contact Fizz on FB but they did not help.

You can unsubscribe your account going to your panel.
Try with the chat.
