You have to make an apn setting!
There services are linked to your data which requires you to setup the APN settings on Andriod devices. Please check that you have entered the settings correctly.
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
Copy and paste the apn info one by one5 -

You need to turn on DATA in order to send MMS.
If you never used DATA, you will need to setup APN on your phone
