Quebec without minutes

I have Quebec plan without any minutes. I don't need to make calls but I need to receive calls. Does my plan allow me?

    Incoming calls are included when adding unlimited minuted to your plan and you''re in your coverage area. If you didn't choose a voice add-on you can add money to your wallet and be charged PPU.

    It won't work unless you have an add-on or add money to your wallet. Why not use an app like TextNow or Fongo? Those are free for calling in Canada.

    If you install TextNow or Fongo apps, you can use your mobile data (or wifi) to make and receive calls.

    Also it's not too late. You can change your plan to include calling. You are still eligible for the Introductory prices if you were subscribed before April 12.

    Incoming calls count as minutes, so if you have no minutes in the plan, then you cannot receive them either.
