Try to ask FIzz customer support. I'm sure they will be able to help you and answer all your questions!4

Yes I believe that you need to contact the support
To chat with the support, make sure that:
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

There services are linked to your data which requires you to setup the APN settings on Andriod devices. Please check that you have entered the settings correctly.
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
Also do you have another device you can test as well to be sure that there isn't any software issues? It can be quick to test your sim in another device (with the correct APN settings) to ensure there isn't a setting or configuration on your device preventing the service from working.5 -
Copy and paste it! For me it worked!7

If you answer YES to any of these questions, then you need to make sure your APN settings are good.
- Are you using iphone?
- Is it problematic to send & receive MMS text, but regular SMS text is working?
You need to follow these steps as per Fizz's FAQ
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Also this seemed to help in my case. Manually edit both APN settings to change "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" to "IPv4/IPv6"
Data has to be turned ON to send or receive MMS.

You probably have an APN problem. Did you set up your APN according to the instructions?2
