I have ordered two sim cards on March 28th with order number **, but there is no any delivery information shown in my account details, and I cannot find any carrier number to track the delivery also.
how can i get my sim cards? or how can I get refund my payment?

Here is info on contacting Fizz customer service.
To chat with Fizz, make sure that:
You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page.
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
