Fizz mobile cut off during conversations?

Today I did received a call from my brother
***-***-***
18 April 2019 at 8:50pm-8:55pm the line cut off again not even two conversations
I have email to le you know immediately after the line was cut off.
Tickets no ***
Please see what happens
I have check my phone connected to network
Fizz
Not Fizz Ext.
It still cut of at the middle conversation
