I did not receive my SIM card. but it shows delivered.

I have wait half month but never receive my SIM card. Track the deliver number, it says "Retourné au centre de tri - Dorval, QC", why? nobody can contact with. how can I do let them resend SIM card again?

    I have contacted with fizz, they said I can get refund in one month or more, if I buy the second simcard, the refund will be faster, feeling a little bit weird. but I will trust them one more time.
  • Mine was delivered to my office after office hours, so it was in the lobby when I expected it to be delivered to the suite that I included in the address.
