Can I call anywhere in Quebec? for free?

    If you have the Quebec plan with unlimited calls, yes. Calls to and from anywhere in Quebec are supposed to be free. You will still need to put a 1 in front of the number for long distance though.

    With the Quebec plan you can call anyone else in Quebec for free as long as you are within Quebec yourself. WIth the Canada Wide plan, you can call anyone in Canada as long as you are within Canada. With the Canada US plan, you can call anyone in Canada and the US as long as you are within Canada.US.
