I do not have problems, however other people they signal the same problem.
Remember the APN can work with internet but not for MMS9 -
So how do i check for mms setting4

I just got an email asking if I was getting their texts... I guess I was not. Seems I am having the same problem.

Make sure your data is turned on and working. Some people have reported inability to use Data while connected to LTE. If you have the same issue, you may need to change mobile settings and try connecting to 3G network mode to get data working.
If problem persists, contact Fizz support.
