Why does my phone not receive calls for authentication codes from my bank via phone call or text?
since switching to fizz in December I have not been able to receive security confirmation codes from my bank, this includes phone call and text, I have had the same problem with other apps but the bank is the most inconvenient especially not being able to send e-transfers. Does everyone have this problem?

Pretty much yes.It's a known problem and Fizz is working on it but not too hard.6

Not everyone has the same issues with 2FA texts, but it's definitely a problem.
Fizz reply was as follows:
Regarding the inability to receive texts from certain companies I can assure you that Fizz staff work tirelessly to remedy the situation. The service should be fully functional in the coming weeks. Most companies offer another mode of communication. We recommend that you choose one for the moment, and we will let you know when everything is in place.

Apart from differents outages and stabilizing the network, Its should be a priority for Fizz to make make 2FA works6
