Why isn’t my data working?

Hey,
I just got my sim card activated!
Phone calling works but not my text messaging! Also, I tried if my data was working but it didn’t work! I was wondering if you guys can help me solve this!

    Go to mobile network and check mobile data radio button to be on. Activate roaming also and restart your phone. Still no data, go to https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us. Wait a few seconds and chat with the fuzzy bubble. Good luck!

    It can take a couple of hours for the sim to be fully activated. Have you configured your apn settings?

    Allison is correct. You can receive notifications to set your APN as follows:
    1. Log into your Fizz account and follow this path:
    My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications
    2. You’ll receive two (2) notifications directly on your phone: one to configure mobile data and the other to configure multimedia messaging (MMS).
    3. Install these two (2) configurations.
