Multimedia messages fail to download. How to fix?

When i receive an SMS with an image, the image fails to download. Images from every size fail. From 33kb to 700kb. Fails on 95% of multimedia messages I receive. It was working perfectly on this same phone with my previous provider.

It sounds like a data issue.
Do you have data or wifi on your phone.
You need data to receive/send images and if the data doesn't work the images will stay in downloading mode.3 -
Do you have a data plan? Is it activated?
