Find the shipping number
If the delivery us flagged as delivered but you did not receive it.
- Check that the delivery address is correct
- If the courier cannot correct your delivery

I know for my sim deliveries there was a tracking code with Canada Post. You should be able to check your tracking and see if it says it was delivered. If you don't receive it, contact support and they should be able to resend a new sim card0
