- Bonjour Mistral,
- Je vous confirme qu'il NE FAUT PAS retirer la boite vocale de votre numéro.
La situation est connue pour le bonus de boite vocale gratuite, et on travaille pour la résoudre.
Fizz s'excuse pour la gêne occasionnée.

I like in the invoice free voicemail +1 $
Incredible!10 -
I have the same problem. If you contact them on chat, with screenshots to illustrate the problem, they'll credit you $1. The pita is that you have to do it each month. They're not working all that hard on solving the problem as far as I can tell.6

Same here. Contact them via chat and you'll get the $1 back.6

Same here.Seeing that I'm being charged and because I wasn't able to contact them I removed the upgrade from my account and I lost voicemail access completely.6

I've had this issue since I got the free voicemail upgrade. Every month, I contact support and they credit me back. Every month, they tell me that they escalated the issue and will be fixed by next month. When going into adjusting my plan, the cost is always $1 more.
My theory is that the item in your contract that says 'Free Voicemail($1)" probably means that it should be a credit. The brackets in accounting usually signifies a loss, but they took that $1 and forgot the negative sign.5
