Carrier 36 on IPHONE-6 A1549, LTE not working but 3G fine, what we can do ?

I changed my phone from android to iphone6, data is always on 3G.
there is nothing changed after going through all procedures on Solution Hub, and I have tested the iphone 6 with ATT sim card, the LTE is working fine.

    It's not you nor your phone. It's fizz not knowing what they're doing.
    Just a bunch of UI designers making things "cute" and unreliable cuz that what they learned last week in class.
