Who else is having this issue? I wonder if it is related to Videotron network. I live around Villeray - Parc Extension area.

Saw a Videotron employee out on my street on the way to work. He told me some neighborhoods cannot receive service from Videotron in Quebec. It includes phone and TV services as well. Fizz CSR also told me it is not related to my modem and the situation is being fixed by technical personnel.
Videotron employee told me the service MIGHT continue around 5 PM.
