It been probably about 3 days where I haven't been getting any sms messages. I can send sms and mms messages however.
My buddy is also with fizz, so I asked him to lend me his sim card for some testing. With his sim in my phone, everything works. My sim in his phone, doesn't work in the same was it did in mine.
What's up with that? Is this due to something in my account, or is my sim faulty?
Regards,
Frank

I'm having the same issue, i don't receive SMS from my friends and family from other carriers. I switched SIMs with my colleague with Fizz and his SIM works in my phone but mine doesn't in his.
I've contacted Support and they said that the fact i got the Intro SMS from Fizz it should be working but its not.4

If you check 6 hours ago, before your contact sent you the SMS, did you received it? There's some datestamp issues. They are comming without any notification. But it's mostly for sent MMS rather than received SMS for me...2
