How to downsize the plan when moving from beta to regular pricing?

I am at the very end of my beta pricing and would like to downsize my plan for the regular or introductory pricing. The self-service system doe snot allow me do that and says that some changes are currently being made to my account and I have to wait. I have only two days left before my bill goes up significantly, so I need to adjust my plan now.
Please, help!

    Check the new stabilization period

    @irene - how and where should I check it? Do you mean that self-service for changing plan does not work during the stabilization period. Do you have a link describing it?
