Are you still stuck on 3G (no LTE) after the Fizz network was down yesterday?

I am not getting my LTE 4G connection ever since Fizz went down yesterday.
Anyone else stuck on 3G connection only?

  • Service should be fixed now. Try rebooting your phone.
  • Have you tried rebooting your phone? Try to disable LTE and turn it back on?

    Yes. It's intermittent for me. At least it works.

    I toggled airplane mode on/off and the LTE came back after having displayed 3G for a while.

    airplane mode+reboot will help for get LTE back.

    Yes I'm still stuck with 3G/H. No LTE. Airplane mode and rebooting does not fix it. It's been like this since the outage. No solution in sight. Seems like Fizz has provisioned some users for only 3G/H.
  • Reboot your device or remove and reinsert the SIM card. That’s helped me out with the same problem.
  • I have the same problem. Data only in H+. I tried to restart, airplane mode, out the sim card, reinstalling APN. DONT WORKS!! Fizz, How you doing??
  • Same with me -- tried everything and still stuck at H. Tried chat bubble but had to take phone call and session was closed. Now can't get chat bubble. This is ridiculous.

    Still no LTE after 3 days. No answer on Facebook chat.

    Have you tried roaming and manually selecting network FIZZ EXT to fix the LTE issue
