Beta prices or we're out. Am I right?

With beta services comes beta prices.
I don't want extra gb's, I want to pay a price that reflects this company's reliability. Bring back beta prices.

For now you got back the network8

This is strange, I thought they are still in beta. I still see beta prices when I go to "Create my plan". Maybe because I signed-up before some deadline?4

Agreed. Not worth saving $5-10/m if it means having the network down one day a week.1

You are right absolutely. They should probably discount the current introductory pricing 25% for next 6 months or even further... and extend beta pricing if you had that. It's a complete joke. Currently I can make outgoing calls, not receive incoming calls, and data won't come online. Also no LTE at the moment either, but that's OK, since data doesn't work at the moment anyway. I suppose it is an improvement from the earlier 5 hours with "emergency calls only" mode.6

Beta prices will only attract more people, they need to close subscriptions, give a discount, fix the problems and then reopen6

They are pushing their luck..... 2 times in such a short time.... we need an explanation... it's not just a hiccup6

Ya. At least refund on the day that have problem.6

We need more rewards...9

The Fizz project should go back to beta mode.
I agree with this idea.5 -
Extend beta price 3 months foe beta users, as well give 3 months 25% off discount for introductory price users.3
-
Indeed a monetary compensation might be appropriate this time since it's been twice in a week.3

I totally agree with Paul Abdallah. But I'd rather have better service than beta prices..3

In my opinion. I dont want beta prices. I'd much rather something permanent, like maybe a couple $ monthly discount or whatnot and i'd be happy with that. I'd rather get something that lasts rather then beta.1

They have to improve network stability and convince us it is reliable, then we can help rebuild the customer base.
So something like free Sim card and free 2 months service for new activations for every mobile customer affected?
Mobile is up again, but you most likely already know.

@Fizzy, give me one good reason to close this post? We still haven't gotten an explanation as to why these outages keep happening & we also expect some other form of compensation other than extra gb's. Theres no point of having extra gb's when the internet service keeps going on and off..2

From what I have read, the outages may be due to some older equipment they have been using. Some people have guessed they that possibly inherited some older equipment from Videotron and that it is in need of replacement. I have seen several posts about equipment upgrades etc. Also it looks like there may have been some issues with Hauwei devices as they have been throttled from LTE to 3G and the reason cited as network stability issues.
I doubt you will get a direct answer from Fizz here1 -
Last outages were on April 2 and March 25.
Since then, it looks like Fizz took precautions to minimize unexpected outages going forward.
There's defintitely a LTE related issue because I can get 3G data on Fizz. To get LTE data, I have to enable roaming on FIZZ EXT.
