Testing on production?

Hey Fizz.ca, Why you do the test service during the night? You don't do that during production! During the day! When everybody is using the service!!
Please consider to change the way you test your platform, even if you need to pay extra at your techs. It is the second time this happens. The roll over and extra free GB it is not worth it if this happen again.

    Downtime should just not happen, a downtime during the night could still be very bad. People still need to use their phones sometimes during the night, for emergencies or "come pick me up" calls.

    The problem is the beta phase was too short.
    Videotron rushed Fizz live without proper testing

    Videotron should just shut down Fizz and take all the Fizz customers on grandfathered plans. At what point is Videotron responsible for this debacle, not the two or three Fizz employees that probably make up the entire company?
